Gravel lot. Very cramped space could hear next trailers heater very clearly. Has full hookups. Cost $47 per night which is steep but it is the Yukon. Close to the sign post forest. Toilets and showers nice and clean. Also has laundry facilities. No wifi as of October 3, 2021.

10/15/21 2 large gravel parking lots with 80 spaces close together. No picnic tables, no fire pits. Large irritating lights. $38 per night with electricity, water and sewer. Place to spend the night before moving on.
Report Check-InSo this place is actually just two level gravel parking lots across the street from small lake (kind of disappointed that it's not Watson Lake but that's ok 🤭). Not a whole lot of ambiance and only about 10 of us here tonight. Check in was easy, with the indeed-grumpy-but-in-an-endearing-way manager/owner? arriving within 5 minutes of calling. Hot unlimited 🚿. 🐕friendly. $36usd/night for standard ⚡ and access to drinkable water. He mentioned he's closing up shop at the end of the month for the season. No wifi but strong cell signal on Google fi.
Report Check-InWe stayed one night here. There was only 5 other trailers in the campground so we took ones we liked . they had full hook ups and a shower house with laundry room.. Just a short walk to the sign forest the visitor center and the little swampy lake. A good spot if the sites are empty but if it was full you would have a hard time as they cramed I as may sites as possible.
Report Check-InStayed for $39 American with electrical water only no sewer. He had us dump at other sites for free. Laundry and showers really clean. Good water pressure and temperature. Charges same price for tent camping which is wrong .Owner is a grumpy Scottish man but if you joke a little bit he relaxes. He might recommend his restaurant across the street . Don’t bother. Food was ok but staff unpleasant no directions to get your own menu and have and give your order at counter. And child help was licking his fingers and handling food!
Stay only if you need to fill up on on water and electrical otherwise there are good spots behind sign forest park.
The cost is now $ 49.00 a night, with triple A card the cost is $ 46..00 a night.
The showers was hot and clean.
The wifi is useless, none of us got it working (don't waste you money buying more than the useless free internet you get,).
You can get free internet at the visiting center.
Sites are small, but an ok place to stop for a night to clean up.
