When you drive from Sotire to Gramsh you follow the track to the right direct before the river crossing. Follow the left track (the track splits after about 10 meters) along the river and you will reach this place. There is also a big level lawn but when we were there it rained the days before so the lawn was not suitable. 3G signal with t-mobile.
