€ 10 camping at a service station on the “highway“. You even have electricity and water and a toilet. Also a restaurant at the place. Not nice and noisy because of the street and the truck garage but ok for an overnight stay between Shkodra and Tirana. 4G signal with t-mobile.

Pretty quiet for a 24-hour gas station. Even for bikers a bit of grass to pitch a tent. Not that strong, but free WiFi also available.
