On a big lawn next to the (dry) riverbed there is a lot of space for lots of vehicles. Just follow the track from Valbone to Rragam. I think it is doable without 4x4 but you need a bit ground clearance.
5 € for the night.

Place is closed now by huge fences… And in my point of view it’s good like this. Too much of an impact - flying rubbish etc… Just a few meters further you can find camping and rooms in a very rural environment. I made it by motorbike but wouldn’t recommend it. Probably easier to start hiking further back.
Report Check-InGreat spot to camp. Beautiful view on the mountains.
We camped here 2 nights. When we returned from our hike to Valbona pass a lady came and asked us money to camp there. She asked us 5€ pp/ night. She said it was her property and if we didn't pay we had to leave. We saw this lady before on our hike , working in her garden at one of the few guesthouses.
We didn't pay because we knew it was not her property. There's no sign and no fence. When we told her that we woulld camp then in the riverbed , she said that the whole riverbed was also her property.
Finally she left very angry and we didn't saw her back.
