Campsite in a dry river. Friendly owners have a farm, cows and horses around the place.
But.......also a mountain zebra and a cross between a donkey and a mountain zebra.
180pppn with all facilities. Birdwatching, MTB, walking and 4x4 trails...

Report Check-InFantastic! Very nice spots, very quiet. Everything private at your spot, very clean. Enough lighting and electric. Shade, table, sink, toilet separated from shower. Very kind and helpful owners, they have a lot of tips for traveling in Namibia. 180 pp. A 2 km small road from the main road, well accessible. No toiletpaper.
Report Check-InDirekt an der C28 gelegenes, super schönes und ruhiges Campsite mit eigenem WC/Dusche/Spüle. Heißes Wasser mit donkey, Feuerholz vorhanden. Alles sehr gepflegt und netter Empfang! Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool! Circa 2 Stunden bis Windhoek, 3-4 Stunden bis Swakopmund. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Report Check-InThe price was still N$180-00 pppn. Private ablutions that are immaculate. Our site had shade cloth overhead and with shade cloth on the ground. The farm is supplied by a single conductor 220V supply. Each site has 220V. Apparently the ground is the return conductor and as the farmer explained, not a very good conductor. The voltage drop was 30V when switching on the kettle! I had to switch off the fridge when using the kettle or it wouldn't start due to low voltage! Very friendly farmer who supplied us with a wealth of information regarding the area, etc.

we loved it and stayed 2 nights. friendly owners who cares about us and welcomed us with a free coffee. 5 campsites with private and new ablutions (very hot water with donkey boilers), electricty, dish sink, drinkable water, lights, 2 small pools to refresh, wood for fire provided for free, shade, kids playground, brai... totally quiet. beautiful surroundigs and we saw a zebra. ;-)
180pppn. MTC signal only to a top of an hill but no internet.
they provide too 4 selfcatering chalets, call them to organise the food if you need in advance because they have to go to Windhoek.
it is just pity they want we pay 160 the 4x4 trail (just 10 kilometers inside the property) so we did by walking and we didnt pay !
Awesome campsite, everything you need is in place: private clean bathroom and toilet, groundsheet, shadow place, table, fairy lights etc. there is even a playground and a pool! Great for birdwatching as well. We loved staying here!

Lovely hidden place in beautiful nature.
I wanted to camp here, but I arrived late and was so tired after a long motorcycle ride, that I took a chalet for 700,- and if was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable, spotless with everything I needed. No WiFi, no network, so enjoy the silence and the surrounding hills and the zebra and zonkey!
The harmony campsite is located in a narrow valley, on a dry river. The access from the C28 is in good condition, but leads steeply 160 meters of altitude downwards in the valley. Suitable for BigRig. Front-driven 4x2 vehicles could have problems with the steep road back to the C28. Nice and very clean sites with very private toilets, showers, washing up basin, fireplace and shadowed seating area.

Mike and Rita take care of the campsite and their guests, provide information about their farm in personal chats or through a high-quality self-composed booklet and have built a structure which provides additional living space for insects ("Insect hotel") near their sun downer point, which you pass on the way down to the farm. We enjoyed the quiet, amicable atmosphere at their campsite very much!

Report Check-InWe stood here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The campsites are simple, clean and well managed. Every campsite has own ablutions, which are nice and in the morning and evening one guy came and fired up the donkey for making hot water. Great.
There's also a nice swimming pool in the middle and it was a pleasure to use it. The water was very clean and the pool area offered two sunloungers.
Our place was shady and also saved us from rain and everything is surrounded by pure nature, lots of fauna and flora and also great for birdwatching.
Every site is far away from each other and the best thing was, that they've got 2 zebras, which were (more or less) tame and didn't care so much, when we were doing a short walk.
Mike - the manager - watched after us 2 times a day, asking, if we're in need of something. We had lots of very nice and informative chats together. Mike and Rida are absolutely lovely people, who are caring about their customers very well.
Absolutely recommended place and THE best place around Windhoek (we tested all of them).

The roads leading here (C32-C28) are very scenic, highly recommended.
Fantastic campsite, private ablutions, hot donkey shower, kitchenette, wood provided, swimming pool, 150 pppn. Very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very hospitable. We would definitely come back!
Report Check-InWhen we passed the road sign “Harmonie” we decided to try for a coffee (note that this aint a bar:)). The two owners where very plesant and hospitable, so we enjoyed our stay on the terrace.
The environment is very peacefull and quite. There are loads of birds. The camping provides 2 places with shared ablutions and soon there are some self catering bungalows. The small pool will be ready in about one month.
When we return to Namibia we will definitly stay here for a night.
