Lots of free camping spots, and tent sites. Nice site at the back of the “parking lot” with a short hike up a hill for a good view. Close to pit toilets.
Report Check-InThere is space for 4 or 5 people here .. Its not that beautiful and if you want to have one of the three good places i would recommend you to be early .. Currently there is a dude where im not sure if he lives here 🤣
Report Check-InNice spot between a wetland and a lake. Quite. Lots of mosquitoes. Minimal traffic on the road and non at night. Some late night campers arrived but setup camp fairly quickly. Level spot. Lots of wildlife.
Report Check-InNice little spot to stop for the night. Not a lot of space but enough for 2-3 vans. Flat enough. Overlooks the lake. Could also set up a tent, looks like that is what most people do there. Spray painted rocks say no camp but as others mentioned, it probably wasn’t the forest service dept
Report Check-InVery nice. Lots of birds and deer. Very quiet. Bring mosquito repellant. Someone painted with spray paint on some rocks "no camp". We decided it was probably a local, since the Forest Service wouldn't do that.
Report Check-InAs described. Very quiet when we were here in Oct. Beautiful place, easy access by paved road.
