Description
Toyota Dushanbe (the only official dealer in Dushanbe) was of great help to us. We ordered parts 3 weeks before and they arrived in 2 weeks. Gulomjon is the after sales manager that speaks good English and was very helpful (frequent email communication to order the parts, collecting the deposit, updating is on the status while in Dushanbe, etc). Main Toyota mechanics were knowledgeable, the younger guys assisting them not so much, so take care with that. Gulomjon provided a quotation for for the parts and the labour, very nice to have that in advance. Parts were about 30% cheaper then in Europe, hourly wage was 165 Somoni. They worked for 2 full days and just charged for 10 hours. They keep most basic spare parts in stock as they are a hub for Central Asia, and otherwise they are willing to look into other channels for you. Also fixed other things, like our compressor. Happy with their service, at a fair price, so for sure a good dealer to go to. Just take care which mechanic is going to work on your car.
