Very nice and friendly owner. Even offered a souvenir mug as a gift, but we kindly declined due to carrying too many things with us on our tandem bike already.

Stayed here for three nights with the boyfriend, dog and two kids. Campsites aren’t level but for tent campers it was perfect. The public bathhouse and shower houses were extremely clean and well kept.

please note on-season prices are $15 for non-electric, $23 w hookup. didn't stay but asked if I could use shower. host said it was okay. looks like a nice place. 10 sites are very close to one another. not much privacy if this place was full, but right now there's only one RV here.

probably wrong interpretation.
camping forbidden on the tracks or the environment.
No no overnight signs at the parking lot.
A bit noicy during day from passing exhaust pipe freaaks, in particular Harleys😂. Calm at night. Maybe a few meters down the Geo Center would be the better solution.
As it is out of season. Information Center is closed. no toiletts.

Like many have said, a beautiful and clean park. No reservation needed. $26 American a night. Prefer American cash, but will take card with a processing fee of $2. Mosquitoes are the size of pterodactyls. If you are a large rig or need good open sky for Starlink, you'll want to camp in the overflow lot across the street. Pull into rest area across from entrance, walk over to ranger station and pay. They'll get the overflow lot gate opened for you. Campers start pouring in at 3pm- 4pm, so definitely plan accordingly.

Rec center, all good, 3.00 showers, limited to 30 minutes. One advantage is the shower stays on, no push button . Also a security person to keep out the rig tag.

1000’ in on Forest Road 64G had several sites with great sun for solar. We saw multiple established fire pits (some more secluded than others). We chose a little meadow of the left as you pulled in. One bar LTE; but our WeBoost brought it up strong enough to send pics to family of our journey…

Great location for big rigs to boondock near Joshua Tree National Park. Convenient to I-10 and south Entrance to JTNP. Quiet location. We had no noise from I-10. We felt very safe with 5 to 10 other RVs and tent campers in the area. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The dirt road was very manageable for access to the area. 4 Bars of 5G Verizon.
