lugar tranquilo para dormir com banheiros. no banheiro feminino não tem duchas e no masculino nao olhamos. A conveniência creio que não seja 24h pois as 07 da manhã estava fechada.

Good size lot. Plenty of RV campers around. Generators are a bit loud but they mask the highway noise. Staying in a truck bed tent.

The border authorities were dubious about boondocking anywhere near here due to the number of migrants and traffickers who pass through, especially at night, but the border closes promptly at 6pm, and I needed a spot. The people in this guarded community assured me it would be fine. There's a covered car park surrounded by businesses and patrolled by guards all night. I was asked for Q50 to stay, though eventually the guards allowed me to stay for free (hoping they didn't get into trouble with their jefe for their kindness). Baking hot, and noisy from 7am or so, but felt safe.

Plenty of space for big rigs, toilets and showers open during the day.

Good shout! I parked on the western edge under a big mango tree - quiet night, shady in the morning (useful in this insane 44⁰C heatwave!) and felt safe; nice spot.

Located at Twin Mills Campground outside the gate and another across the street inside a gate that is always open. At the pinned location is the best of the three dumps with a backwash hose and nice pressure. Open 24 hrs. No potable water.

The one across the street is next to the propane tank. Very tiny but you’ll see it. See pictures for locations of the two locations and where to pull in.

Nice campground! It is free right now (usually $10/night) due to the water being turned off. Mosquitos are pretty annoying and we did find one tick in our rig. Otherwise spots are well spaced out and flat.

Quiet place to set up a rooftop tent for the night. Camping is prohibited at trailheads or defined gravel areas but there are a few spots along the one lane road that a vehicle can get into.

A National Forests pass ($4/year) is required from the VDNR. Easy to buy online.

Showers ($5) can be obtained at the state park to the north.

Bushes between road and parking lot create a little privacy. Fairly quiet - not much traffic. Pretty view of lake. Restrooms ~1/2 mile away on the city pier.

Amplo estacionamento, loja de conveniência, churrascaria, duchas gratis, único problema (como em toda essa região) é a poeira e o movimento de caminhões.

We arrived around 11pm. It's a huge parking lot. Thete were some trucks and 2-3 RVs. Great spot for one night, we felt safe.

A little bit loud because of the road nearby.

Station has showers, but we didn't use them.

Another one of the several pull-outs along the Hwy 23. It's large and mostly flat, very open with only a thin tree line separating it from the road. View on the mountains with trees, not directly on the lake, though you can hear some waterfalls (and frogs) nearby.
We pulled out here in the hope to see some aurora borealis, and we were all by ourselves while all the other spots seemed pretty busy on a Friday night. No services, no bins, no cell. Some grass area for tents. Pretty quiet.
