Description

Nice hotel in the village of Nuevo Tingo. Walking distance to the Kuelap Cablecar. Paid 80/S for Matrimonial. Street Parking was no problem for us because the village seems to be pretty safe anyway.

Really a beautiful and quiet place. JuanJosé knows a lot of the town and things to do in the area. Safe parking for motorcycles in front or at the new hotel he is building. He can also make the arrangements for the visit to Kuelap.

Report Check-In

Not sure if this is open. Rang the bell but place looked closed. No lights on and the name of hotel is written on a chalkboard outside but you can barely make out the name. Strange because a few months ago it got good reviews

Report Check-In

the new name of this place is Muya and the host Juan Jose is very friendly, helpfull and can give lots of information. His small hostel is really nice and super clean. We stayed outside in our camper and could use the toiletts and a super warm shower.
The teleferico works, but Kuelap is closed since last years earth crake. It will open again April 23.
