large half block dirt lot. level. all sizes can fit. 3rd and Granite. downtown Frisco, CO. sign say 24 hr overnight allowed but NO camping. Visitor center 1/2 block away with water and bathrooms. Restaurants and shopping 1/2 block. Off main drag.
I read every sign in the area. there was probably 10 other rigs that people were sleeping in the night I stayed here. the noise from the freeway dies down at night.

I was excited to possibly have a place to stay overnight right in town, but this lot is inaccessible right now. Half of it looks to be a construction site and the other half was piled high with snow. There was no entrance.
Report Check-InFew other vans parked when I arrived at 9ish. There was music playing from a bar a street or so over. A little annoying, but didn’t keep me from sleeping. AT&T has service.
There’s a breakfast spot a short walk from the lot called The Breakfast Deli. Check it out — Their burritos are fantastic.
Report Check-InGreat spot to spend the night! Quiet and only a block away from the downtown Frisco area. A handful of other vans and buses also staying the night. Public restrooms in Frisco a few blocks away at the visitor center. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Report Check-InDirt lot in town just off Main St. Stayed on a Thursday night. Some noise from the bar behind the lot until 11:30, but fairly quiet after that.
Report Check-InSign said no camping but I am in a van, discreet, arrived late & left early.
Report Check-InGot a knock from the Frisco Police around 10:30 that "camping is not allowed in the town of Frisco. They were friendly enough about it; I ended up moving to the scenic pulloff on I70 as it was getting late.
Report Check-Inquite lot. no one bothered us. a few other parking for the night too. lot is mostly level. walking distance to restroom at the information center. 2 blocks from a laundromat and lots of shops and places to grab a bit or drink nearby.
Report Check-InAs described in previous posts. It is a simple diet lot in town. Had no issues, very few vehicles in the lot and traffic slowed down after 10:30 pm. It did get colder than predicted on the weather app.
Report Check-Injust a dirt lot near some apartments. pretty cozy here, lots of campers. right near all the stores. did hear someone yelling nearby one night and banging on things down the street.
Report Check-InPlowed when I arrived. Showed up late on a weekday to mostly empty lot. Easy to find a flat spot. Quiet and decently dark. Right in town which is super convenient.
Report Check-InGreat place to stay. Quiet lot and Frisco is great.
Notes:
+24 hour max
+ They plow the lot on Thursday night
+ The public bathroom nearby is only open from 8am to 9pm
+ It filled up early on a Saturday night.
a nice spot for a night. I didn't see anything that specifically said no camping while I was there and I read every sign in the area. there was probably 10 other rigs that people were sleeping in the night I stayed here. the noise from the freeway dies down at night.
