Description

Really sweet hotel run by a lovely family. 30,000COP. Spotless room, nicely decorated, best pillow I've had in Colombia, yet. Mini fridge, aircon, wifi in common area. Good for motos or big rigs. Two gates enclose parking area at night, and since it is set back a block from the main road, it's very quiet. Laundry services available. You never receive a key; it is kept at reception. Mining town, so there is a fair bit of wealth here. Nice restaurants a 5 minute walk up the main road.

Really nice family. Locked parking... not for super huge rigs. Kind of pricey... normally $45,000COP for a room, but as a solo traveler, got her down to $30,000COP with no tv. Room is comfortable, but WiFi isn’t the strongest in the back rooms. Recommended for respite from the heat of he highway.

Stayed there for one night. Was very clean and friendly owners. We paid COP 40.000 for one night in a double room with aircon.
For a one night sleep when passing through - perfect. Secure parking right in front of the room in a fenced parking lot. Contrary to what it says in the original post, I would really like to see somebody fit a "big rig" through the gate and around the corner. In my opinion definitely not big rig friendly if you want to park inside. Outside would be fine though.

25k for one person w/ ac. They have wifi all over, including in the sister hotel across the street.

Great Hotel! Clean and modern with a lovely family running it. They charged us 35,000 per night for two people. There's wifi but it's slow and only really works in the common area. A lot of miners in the area come stay at this hotel and there were a lot of people interested in our travels. We met a young man there who offered to take us on a motorcycle tour of the local mountains. It was very lovely and he didn't expect any money but we gave him 50,000 anyway. They have a pet monkey named Titi too.

Great hotel run by a lovely family. Very welcoming and interested in travelers. Could be ok for big rigs but only small to medium sized a they have a gated entrance that might be too short for some big rigs. They charged us $35,000 per night for two people. Clean and modern rooms. Laundry service was a bit pricey so be sure to ask the price beforehand. Internet available in the common area. Pet monkey named Titi and mini pinscher named Toby.

Friendly and secure, with simple but clean rooms which have attached bathrooms. It is like a motel sort of setup where rooms face the courtyard. If you just want to escape the heat and have a quiet nights rest to or from your way to the coast, this is it.
