Nice place with good restaurant close to Bonampak in the Maya village Lancandones. RV parking 50 pesos/person. No electricity. Bathrooms clean. Showers hot. Place offers rafting and other activities. Several cabanas. People are very friendly. WiFi is $50 per day, but they don’t make you pay the next day. Dog noise at night.

After checking out a bunch of places in the area, we decided this was the best option. It’s just the parking lot, but the river is 10 metres from you. Stone pathways through the nicely landscaped property, waterfalls, big new bathrooms. No hot water at night, but during the day it was hot (right tap), maybe solar? 100p for 2 people. I braced myself for barking dogs all night since there appear to be more dogs than people here, but it was surprisingly fine. They only barked once for 10 minutes or so during the night. The sell beer now fyi.
Most of the other places around are really tiny and you just kind of park randomly in their property. Yaxbashe was 2nd best if you don’t need a shower.
Stayed two nights. $50 pp night in our camper. Too cold to swim. Food was good. Hot showers. Major dog noise on premises. Quoted us $350 pp for ride to ruins. Drove to entrance and paid $500. There is room for a few rigs, but wrecked van and restaurant parking limit access. Church book parking is not true any more.
Report Check-Inbest option here in the area. the others offer small parking spots between the cabañas. here you park on the parking lot. toilers and hot showers available. restaurant on site. 100mxn for 2 pp in a camper. internet is payable. they don't give you the code. it is 50mxn per device. no cell phone reception.
Report Check-InFor RV's only a parking lot close to the restaurant which has good food. It has basic bathrooms and the park is close to the river where you can swim. They can arrange taxi to the Maya Pyramides. Not worth it.
If you go there you have to pay first entrance fee for the land of the community, 30 pp, the parking lot is 100 pp night and we paid 300 pesos for the taxi including the entrance to the pyramides. The pictures in there are really beautiful and the hole area is sitting in the middle of the rainforest. We were the only ones at that time there, awesome!
nice spot on a large white gravel parking lot near a restaurant and the river.
perfect for big rigs (50 pesos per night per adult)
good point : hot showers and toilet paper in the toilets
bad point : the pools in the river are nice, but not easy to get in and out. not recommended for kids because of the current.
Beautiful site on the river with pool and small falls. Nicely developed area with cabanas, restaurant (no alchohol anywhere in the reserve), radting, swimming, campfire etc. Tent spaces or park smaller rigs in parking lot. Paid 100 pesos each so price has gone up apparently. Nice clean place.
Report Check-InWe paid 50p pp and they allowed us to run an extension cord to a cabana for power. We are 26' long. Restaurant had no beer and food selection was pretty limited. No telcel reception.
Report Check-InNice place in the Maya Village Lancandones. We were allowed to park in the parking lot and paid 50 pesos/person. No electricity, no wifi. Bathrooms are ok. Place offers rafting and other activities. There are already some cabanas and new ones are on process. We did not try the restaurant. People are very friendly.
