Against previous comments. This place is still open and working as described before. Book your stay of max. 2 nights online via their web form. When you arrive go to customer service inside the mall. They hand you a sticker for the window with plate no. and date of arrival and you are good to go. Lots of space and some minor road noise. Had a great stay!

It’s the far edge of a shopping centre parking lot. It’s free. Good overnight spot. Grocery store & liquor-store is a short walk. Steady drone from traffic on Anderson Road.

Be sure to reserve a space on their website southcentremall.com prior to your arrival. They started a new system wherein they only allow 5 vehicles and you must have a reservation that was approved beforehand.

Great place, friendly and quiet for a parking mall, next to a big road, but not so bad.
Really easy check in with guest desk. Don’t hesitate. 2 nights max

the location is open. if u came in before 7 pm go inside to info desk through Wilders store to inside mall. U get a parking permit for window. be sure to check the website listed for full info.
the parking is on same end as IHOP, and Craft brewery. u go down by the recycling bins on left.

the is some road noise but not bad.

très grand parking, faut réserver et appeler avant de venir, seulement appeler parce que le service en ligne reste toujours occupé, deux nuits maximum, poubelles sur place et toilettes dans les deux bâtiments ouverts de 7h à 21h

Great place for an overnight. grocery store, library and Mall all within a walk. Library doesn't have internet unless you have a local library card.
They took the reservation form off of online so you need to walk inside mall and check in with guest services to get a permit.

Réussi à passer 4 nuits sur place parce que je suis tombé sur les bonnes personnes au bon moment, la 5e nuit, une personne différente de la sécurité, là où tu dois demander si tu peux rester pour la nuit, me dit, juste pour cette nuit, uniquement cette nuit, demain matin, vous devez partir, la réservation sur le site marque tout le temps, parking complet, revenir plus tard, alors que seulement 3 véhicules sont là, deux autres véhicules peuvent se mettre encore plus loin

Fantastic location, super easy to register, and amazing staff. Rocked up late at night behind a few other eurovans, registered online (went to mall website and search tourism) with their tops popped up and had zero issues ringing the late check in number (found in the FAQ for RV parking) and they asked for very little info. Would recommend to everyone, felt very safe!

A convenient place to park for maximum 2 nights while in the city. A bit of traffic noise in the distance. Be sure to register at https://southcentremall.com/rv-parking-reservation/ and comply with the rules outlined on that page which basically remind you that this is a place to park, not camp so don’t set up chairs outside your rig.

Great place to spend a night or two. Search mall website for "RV Parking" or go to https://southcentremall.com/rv-parking-reservation/ to find form to fill out. Go to mall Guest Services to get pass to put in window. There are five marked spaces, but room for more. Parking is on corner by CIBC. Some road noise, but still great free place to spend night.

Stayed here for 5 nights. There were up to four other campers depending on the night. Plenty of space for more. When we checked in with guest services at the mall they even said that if all the spots were full to just park near them so clearly 5 is a soft cap. The actual spots are near CIBC adjacent to the public library. The area was surprisingly quite and we only saw security once who didn’t seem to care. Also left our trailer detached for several days. Everyone was very nice.

We signed in at the guest services counter and then parked on the north side of the mall and we were directed to move to the south side at 10:30 pm. A bit of a hassle but ok.

apart from the fact, that we arrived after 20pm and the mall was closed, we didn't find the overnight spots. a lot of cars parking here anyway but the ambiente was not nice so we drove on.

Great location for exploring Calgary. There's a Safeway and a library in the same parking lot (you'll need to sign up for a library card to use the wifi at the library). There's also free wifi at the Decathlon and Craft bar nearby. Easy 10 minute walk to the C Train. All the overnight spots at the mall are shaded and quiet at night.

Stayed here for 2 nights, there were heaps of other campers around us. Go to the guest services and pick up the permit. You park on the cibc side so it's next to the road, but it's quiet at night.

We stayed for two nights and was really easy to check in at the guest centre. Parking Spots are in shaded area by trees. We used the decathlon toilets and found out there was a shower in the toilets which we ended up using on our last morning. Also decathlon had table tennis tables out so we spent a good hour playing on them one afternoon. The mall is great for Wi-Fi

No problem getting a spot. Online check-in didn’t work well so we just went to guest services and they gave us a permit. A little noisy at times from the nearby traffic but other than that no issues. Great Safeway in the mall for groceries.

Great place to stay. You can stay a maximum of 48hrs. Fill out the form online then go to pick up your permit at the guest services desk. Public library and Safeway here as well as the mall which also has a play area on the lower floor. We felt very safe here and the security were always friendly

Nice mall in Calgary that has 5 RV spot (not for cars) for you to use for up to 2 nights.
You have to register online first at
https://www.southcentremall.com under the tourism tab.
It’s all explained on the website but in short:
you fill a form online or in person,
once you arrive there, you go see guest services so they give you your parking permit (they also have a phone number in the FAQ {how do I check in} in case you arrive after closing time.)
then you enjoy your free nights by CIBC.

Please follow the rules on the website and shop there so they keep allowing us free nights.

Rules of Enjoyment
– RV/Motorhome must be self-contained with its own power and sewer hose
– Use of an open BBQ or fire pits is not permitted on the shopping centre property
– Tents are not permitted
– Chairs cannot be set up outside of the RV/Motor-home
– Reservations expire 24-hours from the time of check-in
– RV Sewage will not be disposed on the property
– Guests to follow and comply with private property policies and procedures for duration of stay

large parking lot in à mall. very quiet. room for many rvs. large or small
must get a permit from guess services in the mall. can preregister online. reserved rv spots close to cibc bank. max 2 nights allowed.

Finally, a business which caters to RVers. Note that on certain days, the Customer Service desk of the shopping mall closes at 8pm.

RV overnight parking at Southcenter Mall. 24 hour limit. You have to check in with mall security and fill out a sheet with contact details. They’re really friendly and will tell you to park opposite the CIBC on the carpark. It’s reasonable quiet and feels safe. One other RV here at the moment.
