Had charts for sanitation on the wall.
Super easy to do.
No English.

very friendly! the person working had a bit of English, it was easy enough for us to communicate. we paid 90 pesos for 26 litres, and left a 10 peso tip. he let us hook our hose up using our water bandit, so we were able to easily fill our big tank
