Really nice place with a fantastic view of Göreme - BUT heavily frequented by locals in the evening and at night with very loud music and in the morning from 5:30 a.m. we were constantly surrounded by curious sunrise tourists.

very nice, but you need ground clearance, if its muddy also 4WD.

This place is not dangerous when the access is dry, some ground clearance helps. But it certainly has some of the best views of Cappadocia! And if you drive up close to the edge, you are perfectly hidden from views from the road driving North.
Whether it’s great for viewing the balloons largely depends on the wind — the simply may all be blown away from you. Also, facing the valley, you are facing the sunrise (at least May to August), so the balloons may appear black on your photos …

This point seems way too dangerous for non-4wd, strictly not recommended in wet weather.
I stayed in the spot 200m south of it which is much easier to access and still had nice views.

super nice place. watch the sunrise with the ballons. you can hear the main road a little bit.

This place is perfect to stay overnight and see the balloons in the morning. There are a few trees that offer some privacy from the road.
