Most Mercedes Sprinters ARE allowed as long as you meet all the requirements, have high-clearance, and a COMPOST toilet or a toilet that goes to an actual black tank. Cassette toilets are NOT allowed. The price is also $75/week now.
I was having issues with Verizon here. Sometimes the service would go out entirely and other times I had full bars 1X. With my cell booster, I had 1-2 bars LTE but it would still cut out at times.
The reason the Mercedes 4x4 sprinter vans are not allowed is because they have cassette toilets. They are banned.
Report Check-InWe stopped to check this place out. Unfortunately they do not allow travel trailers. Only self contained vehicles (Class A, C, and Truck campers). You’re required a permit for $50/wk no daily rates available.
Report Check-InHave not actually been here but just got off the phone with the ORV office. Apparently they do NOT allow 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter vans on this beach even though they meet all the criteria you need to meet in order to get the permit.
