We overnighted here, arriving late. Although we arrived after hours, a park employee was waiting for us in the park office/visitor center. Beautiful, quiet park surrounding a lake among the pines. Nice, easy hiking/walking trails. Some friendly Mississippians from nearby were camping there in a large family group and we met them while on a walk around the campground. We paid $25 for an electric and water site, but the primitive sites were only $17 a night and could easily accomodate a small camper/trailer/van although not every one of those sites was level. The full hookups, electric and water sites had level asphalt driveways although the ones by the lake were built up with retaining walls and steps down to the picnic table. Lovely park that we've already booked again.
