Description

Official campsite from the national park with about 25 sites. We did not have a reservation and did not ask at the gate but spontaneously decided to stay when we were there in the afternoon. No one came to ask. Due to x-mas holiday, almost all sites were taken.
The sites are parallel to the coast and each or most have direct beach access, I guess 10 to 50m through the bush. The sites are in the trees/bushes and therefore well protected from the sun & wind, just leaving a pleasant soft breeze. Beach is great and almost deserted.
No amenities (or maybe near the campsites nbr 1 to about 7).
Possibly, the price would be 400 meticals per person.
There is no phone reception in that area of the park.
A lodge with several large bungalows is under construction, possibly it will open in 2020.

ADMIN NOTE: please be sure to respect rules, check with the relevant staff and pay any required fees.
