This guy is kind and can be of some help if you are stuck here with technical problem. But as long as you can still drive without danger, we would recommend to get out of here to the main Panam road where you will always have several solutions in case of complication => the best would be at Chimaltenango, which is « the » town of the garages, where the whole Guatemala is going! (Many garage options, and all the spare parts you want!).
Julio made serious mistake during what was supposed to be a simple break check. This resulted in the fall of our RV when the back left wheel was being removed => one bolt broken and one twisted. Then, he ordered new ones which were not the good size (but insisted it was ok) and never had the good tools with him when coming at the campground (because always came with almost nothing in his backpack). He tried to use the tools of our overlander neighbors, but broke them because absolutely inappropriate (which he should have known as a mécano).
Maybe, we were just unlucky... but...
