Stayed here one night without any issues. Lot has a public bathroom and is totally silent at night, so it was a great spot to sleep. I parked in the corner where I wouldn’t be noticeable and I’d recommend you do the same so that locals don’t get annoyed.

As described. Solid boondock option for a night. Laundromat within walking distance. Full bars of T-Mobile service.
Report Check-InAs described. I arrived at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night during COVID. Some eateries were open. The lot was 3/4 full, then everyone cleared out by 10:30 pm. After that it was quiet all night. Only 3 cars in the lot when I woke at a quarter to seven. Enjoy the silence! (P.s. Verizon signal spotty, Sprint non-existent).
Report Check-InGreat little spot. Awesome breakfast cafe on the back end. Public restrooms were locked overnight but the water fountain worked. Early Monday morning is trash pick up so it got kind of loud.
Report Check-InQuiet parking lot in a wuaint Oceanside town. PUBLIC BATHROOM! Stores within walking distance. Plenty of spaces available. Will definitely visit again.
Report Check-InAmazing free parking lot tucked away about 5 minutes of highway 1. Public restroom open 24 hours. Quiet and stress free. Stayed one night and wasn’t bothered. No signs indicating that overnight parking or camping isn’t allowed. The best find of my road trip down the coast so far.
