Approximately 10 km north of Alumine on the river bank directly opposite the Mapuche Memorial in the cliff face. Great spot far enough from the road under trees, you need to go approximately 100 meters along the track and near the fence line you will see an opening with possibility for three or four vehicles. Big rigs will not get under the trees but there is space beyond to set up. Also good for tents.

Amazing place close to river, rocks and sand, clean river, a little beach. Easy to reach this place from road.
Report Check-Inlugar tranquilo, seguro y con árboles. No hacer fuego, está bueno para pescar.
Report Check-InVery nice place to wild camping. It is quiet, only some locals on the day. If you set up your tent be careful with the trees because some trees throw a water or a resin.
Report Check-InPopular fishing spot. There's an abandoned roundhouse that attracts some visitors too. Plenty of room for camping but challenging to find a level spot for a tent that isn't polluted with toilet paper.
Report Check-Inhermoso lugar a orilla del rio! buen espacio y sombra. se puede acampar y hacer fuego, confirmado x la guardafauna (nos dijo que se puede en toda la costa del rio alumine). vehiculo alto guarda con las ramas.
Report Check-InWe stay for one night, very peaceful, close to the river, no facilities
Report Check-InStill a good spot, also for tents. We took it as a back-up when Piedras Verdes camping was closed. Some fire pits, hard to find wood. Easy bathing in the river.
Report Check-InGreat little spot by the river suitable for two or three vehicles. Approximately 8 kms north of Alumine on left hand side directly opposite the Mapehuche memorial on the cliff face. Take the dusty track about 100 meters and drive by the side of an old fence through to a nice spot under the trees by the river. Some road noise but otherwise after dark very quiet.
