Very professional and friendly team. We booked in advance, but got to know them in Ushuaia for gear pickup. During our trip we could park our campervan for free at the secured parking behind the office.

We booked the last trip of the season from March 21 to 31, 2019. The way how Freestyle Adventure managed the last minute booking was very professional and friendly. They pointed out that weather may change and thus the schedule. This is exactly what happened. Instead of 8 to 10 zodiac cruises we had only 4 and returned to Ushuaia more than 2 days earlier. They offered bus trips in the area for the remaining time, but that was of no interest for us as overlanders. It was very disappointing that we did not get any money back. Nothing! We had some correspondence with Freestyle and the Canadian shipping company One Ocean Expeditions, but they were not willing to compensate for the days which we did not spend on board. The only offer was a price reduction for our next trip with them...

Thank you Freestyle Adventure! Even so we had a really last-last minute trip (we paied one day before departure) everything was perfect including a parking lot for our RV.

we pulled into town and checked in with Sarah and Gabriel. within a few hours, they found us a great deal for us and our two friends who flew into town to meet us. they were very efficient, got info quickly to us and our out of town friends, and arranged everything perfectly. we left our two motorbikes in the family's hotel lot, and had the trip of our lives to Antarctica. we can't say enough nice things about Freestyle--professional, fast, lovely people to work with. highly recommended!!!

We arrived in town asked at a few tour offices before going with Freestyle who got us a last minute deal by holding a cabin for us til we came back later to pay. Happy with the price and service.
