Mexico
Since 1901 this has been an obligatory stop for those in search of Mexican pastries and, more unusually, French baguettes in a weirdly Wild West ramshackle building. While the pastries may not be world class, the setting is so unusual you have to cowboy up to the counter and order at least one. No seating

The pastries and small french bread are very good, prices are not expensive, it is really a shop where local people come. I recommend this place. For the french guys, come here and test the bread!
Report Check-InFor the Germans out there (as we are) who are missing their Brötchen (Buns) for breakfast, this is a must-visit! Ask for the Rollo Blancos. Also the sweets are great. A little bit difficult to find a parking spot but totally worth a stop!

Report Check-InAs per lonely planet “since 1901 this has been an obligatory stop for those in search of Mexican pastries and more unusually French baguettes in a weird Wild West ramshackle building” our review… Delicious. Fresh. And we enjoyed wandering the colourful streets to get there.
Mon-Sat 7am-9pm. Sun 9am-2pm.
Report Check-InIf you are looking for crispy French baguettes this is the place to go. It is not the real thing but pretty close. They also have lots of Mexican pasteries. No seating. Hard to find a parking close by but worth the effort. Recommended.
