Latest Check-Ins

Camped here quite a bit no issues at all. Like others said it can get busy on the weekends. was a busy weekend this last one.

Had some potential thieves cruise through the campsite at 0430am. Beat up old white dodge with a fastback and lightbar on top the cab. V8 gas loud muffler woke me up. Had a guy hanging out the passenger side spotlighting rigs as his buddy drove around.

In and out, probably looking for loose items or camps that weren't occupied.

Singletrack and side by side trails are awesome here. Hopefully does not keep occuring.

arrived on a Saturday afternoon and not too busy. nice view, lots of space.

Sunday morning can see hot air balloons leaving town in the distance.

good reception, data speed is ok.
tested and got 13mb to 3mb download, &
2mb to 7mb upload. kind of random.

Moto noise by 9am.

Busy with weekend OHV folks as to be expected. Put toilets. Light highway noise. Amazing desert sunset. Works for a quick place to grab as it was nearing dark

We typically stay at Lake Pleasant BLM, but the vibe there is a bummer right now. We came here on a weekday and it was dead, only 2-3 other rigs and no OHV to be seen/heard. Great option if you are in the area. Pit toilet available, no other amenities, but FREE. Cell service is spotty on ATT; between 1-2 bars of 5G.

Great place to stay for a night or two! It’s an off road vehicle parking area but campers are allowed to park overnight as well. Keep in mind that people ride all sorts of loud bikes/Jeep’s etc in this area as that is what it is labeled for so don’t be mad if you’re woken up by a dirt bike at 7am.
More than enough room for any size rig, there were about 10 other overnighters here and most were RV’s so plenty of space! With tons of room to spare. There’s nooks you can park in, fencelines to park along etc. Mountain views all around as well. The place had a nice evening atmosphere, a group of RV’ers sounded like a family were having a good time over in their area, a couple nearby were having a fire. Could hear other people but it was part of the atmosphere. It’s pretty clean here but try to walk around your space and clean up what you see, if we all do this every time we boondock we’ll be helping little by little! This road is accessible by any vehicle.
