Dump station on the side of the Speedway gas station off HWY 160. There is also water, and the clerk said it is clean water.

Most awkward placement of a dump station I have ever seen. Couldn't manage it with my truck camper. There is another Speedway with free dump station a mile and a half up the road that is good.
