Something not right?

Description

Diagonal spaces perfect for overnight. In front of empty lot, gets a lot of foot traffic, and well lit at night so it's quite safe to leave your vehicle while exploring the town day and night. It smells like sewage right at the corner of the streets but park a bit to the south and there is no smell. Pretty sunrise and lots of other RVs stopping by to see the city too, the diagonal parking only works for van sized. Otherwise you would have to park lengthwise which I have seen some do as well.

Latest Check-Ins

Be cautious sleeping in these streets. We stayed in our small Class C and were awoken at 1am by someone cutting through the bicycle lock which held a cooler to the back rack of our RV. We yelled and they left. Didn't sleep well after that, ended up paying for an in-town RV park with a gate. Left us rattled, but locals super friendly and apologized, saying that's not common here.

Note: We were not at these exact coordinates, but we were a couple streets up in a well-lit area.

A cop knocked in the evening and said no camping.

Decent spot to overnight. It can get a bit loud with frequent traffic. There is a public restroom within a reasonable distance at the marina.

Parked two nights here with my 20 feet van. Monday and Tuesday still noisy at night so I can’t imagine on the weekends. There is a cute little expats bar Augie’ s bar that have 1/2 price on happy hours every day. On one corner and a six on the other . In the morning we would move to the parking near the marina for the bathrooms and the good coffee
