Nice place to camp. Generous amount of wood if you buy a case at check in. Stray dogs everywhere. Very strange how many are out here. Also hear coyotes in the distance. If you camp here you want campsite T7-10 with 10 being the absolute best.
Report Check-InDecent place though very expensive. I think the cheapest camp spot was $30ish (they had 3), then the next about $42 and went up into the hundreds. I went for the $42 spot as it had a bit more space. Only stayed here as I was needing a shower and internet (and this was one of the few places around I saw had wifi - which was slow but did work ok). A little cramped (very busy) but overall good. I didn't like that they had so many condescending signs everywhere in the bathrooms though.
Report Check-InBest professional camp in the oast 20.000 miles. worth every single Dollar. imagine : free showers and Pool in the Module of the desert and tonight free Cineasten movie with free shuttle Bus. BRAVO Gouldings
Report Check-InThey have sites with full hookups, but you can also register to dry camp across the road from the camp office for about $30 a night. Clean bathrooms and showers, camp store, restaurant, and indoor pool. Not sure about access to dump and water services. Beautiful setting under the buttes. Monument Valley Visitor center just down the road.
Report Check-Inawesome campground close to monument valley. can see the entire valley from the campground. gave triple a discount. I did a nonelectric site for 30 bucks. have a beautiful view and no other people were around me.. most people were up at the electric sites. nice little trails at the campground too
Report Check-InAmazing place!
Felt like almost a Hilton of camping.
Did dry camping on hill by the store they were out of all other sights $45.00 for 1 campsite we were allowed to have 2 cars and 3 people. Showers and bathrooms free and clean.
Store has coffee and things.
Washer and dryer’s you need to pay.
They also have a dinner at main lodge. Yummy food was good and reasonable prices.
Hotel is not cheap 183$ camping was easy fast and excellent for 45$ with shower.. if you wanted a power and water hook up it was $10.00 more if they had any
Small discount for AAA or Good Sam members. We paid about $45 with taxes and discount for dry camping. We were lucky to get the only tent spot with electric (T36). We have a small RV but it was slightly too long for the spot. That spot is only good for 22 ft or less. Lots of other spots are good for bigger rigs. No Verizon signal, but some poor wifi signal sometimes. Great for dogs. Lots of amenities: heated indoor pool, showers, laundry, water stations, movie theater, restaurant, museum (currently closed), grocery store (public), hiking tails, paid guided tours. But best of all is the view.
Report Check-InGreat campground in stunning surroundings. There are foodcourts, restaurants, a great supermarket, laundry etc etc. Free movies every night for guests. But wifi is horribly slow!
Report Check-InWifi, clean showers and dry tent sites ranging from $20 to $45 based on view. $20 spots are fine!
Report Check-InLove this place! We had first booked 2 nights at The View Campground, but when we arrived they said NO DOGS. Never mind their website failed to mention that little detail. So at 7pm we hauled ourselves and our two labs across the road to Goulding's. And are we glad we did! People were super friendly and accommodating, bathrooms were spotless, as was the store and laundry room. We will be back!
Report Check-InVery unfriendly. They wanted $ 60.- for a night. No dry site. So we didn't stay and went to Monument Valley Camp Park. Was much nicer, friendly and cheaper.
Report Check-InBeautiful campground in a wonderful position, with store and all services.
