Description

Look for the dirt tracks off of the highway towards the water. There are no distinct markings for the turn so it's best found during the day. Follow the dirt tracks all the way to the end where you will find a small private beach along a lagoon. Awesome spot, quiet, private, beautiful. Stayed here for 2 nights with no issues. Dirt road gets a bit bumpy but no issues with our van. Lots of drift wood along the beach makes for great bonfires at night.

Very nice place, just a few locals dropped by at around sunset, it's nice seeing the swans and ducks swimming around. Sadly a bit of rubbish left by people. I cleaned a nice spot hidden from the highway.
Please make sure if you're going to have a fire, to dig a hole first and then build your fire in it, the area is windy and there're signs of recent fires in the spot. A big THANK YOU to all that take the necessary precautions to avoid wildfires.

Nice spot ! A bit bumpy to go there but nothing impossible. We spent one night there. Very quiet

Report Check-In

It was a nice and quiet night.

It was a Friday night and there was nobody.

Good spot. Dry when we were here, so no issues. Lots of brambles that have sharp thorns that stick to everything. We were camped at the brand new free municipal camp ground up the street at the beach (great spot!) but moved here at sunset to avoid the blowing sand associate with the high winds at the beach. Bit of road noise, but minimal.

Had a nice quiet night here. Great sunset over the grass/water. Didn’t have any trouble with the sand in our 2WD van but it was very dry. Lots of other offshoots closer to the highway if it’s wet. mosquitos were terrible.

quiet place, as described by others. we have had problems with the sand, we were stuck. Fortunately wax a family Chilean, which helped US. after a now we came out. we then past the serati and the night them. some of mosquittos. nice place. entry some hidden, just after the curve, on the right, coming from the North!

We could not reach the indicated coordinates because of mud, but stayed next to the 'piedra del indio' and old Mapuche settlement rock with holes. Very nice, but to bad that across the river is a quad/buggy parcours with competition this Saturday until 9pm with noise. Others came and went, also visiting the piedra, but no-one stayed overnight.

True! Very beautiful spot right next to the lagoon in the middle of a flower meadow. Not visible from the street. No one around (just a little sound from the street).
Two muddy patches that were easy to avoid since there are two tracks. When we were there it was dry for days, so could be more muddy after some rain.
Only one little downside: mosquitos in the evening.

Perfect place to stay!
Lot of space, quiet and really beautiful.
Some locals during the day but nobody at night.
We had a nice time there with our tent.
Good place to stay more than one day.

Very muddy at this time of the year but we managed to go at the end even with our simple Kia Asia Topic ! Beautiful view and pelicans :)

Lovely spot, muddy access. I almost got stuck in the mud even with 4x4 low. but it was worth it in the end. Beautiful birds by the beach.

Nice spot, a bit dirty but great location, not visible from the road. We went there a Saturday evening expecting it could be noisy, but we were alone down there. It was low season though. Perfect sunset too, and 3G coverage from Entel :)
