Make sure you're in the right hand lane coming off the bridge. Park outside the migration office get your stamps then go next door to the transport office and get a hand written tip.

After you come over the bridge. Park in front of the migraccion building. Get your stamp and ask the aduana guys on the street for a TIP. They will go with you to their office and handwrite a tip. Fast process.

When exiting Brazil, drive across the bridge and stay in the far right lane. Park among the big trucks on the left side.
Walk up to the building for a passport stamp. Must show COVID vax and possibly yellow fever vax (Brazilian travelers behind us were asked). When your stamp is done, ask where to go for aduana for temporary import of vehicle. A few calls are made and then you enter the attached offices. They hand write the info (always check the numbers) and you’re done.
No one asked about the dogs. No inspection. No fees. No insurance required.

Don't come here, you'll lost a lot of time, the aduana is the door before the immigration, but it is difficult to know because they say you, you don't need a tip. But after insisting it is here and they do it quickly.

They didnt give us a TIP, because we were only going to stay in Ciudad del Este for a few days and go back to Brazil afterwards.

It took almost one hour for us, because first they did not want to do a TIP saying we do not need one, then they said they would not do it because we entered Paraguay somewhere else (we came by boat from Argentina), then they said they are closed, though we knew they are open 24h. Eventually the agreed, and one man very slowly prepared the paper for us. Tiring :-(

Easy process. Gave my passport and vehicle documents (no insurance needed), and within 10 minutes I receive a TIP for 90 days.

the micration is direktly after the bridge. The aduana finden you in the building right behinde the micration, at the top of the small Hill. A lot of strainghe people around, be carefull. And be sure that you give your Dokumentes just the officiual people.
