We attempted to go to the 'Pine Grove' site on the Forest Road to the east, but it was blocked by downed trees. It was getting dark, so we tried the next spur road to the west. This is a clearing at the end of that road. Serviceable for a night, but rough with a large hole in ground to the right driving in (watch your tires!) No fire ring.

Site is accessible, fire ring dug into ground with small burm for containment. road in is easily managable by passenger cars I drove 2wd f150 with no issues.

Easily drove the forest roads before sundown in 24’ Sprinter. Tmobile had one bar, clearing enough for StarLink and turnaround. Many ticks! Peaceful night, check it out.
Report Check-InTurn around spot at end of forest service road. small firepit dug to accomodate a fire. Turn around spod large enough for 2-3 vehichles, NOT reccomended for class C or larger vehichles. Approximate radius in turn around 40' diameter. Road in is easily manigable (I drive 2wd f150) passenger cars can made drive in no problem. Lots of down lumber ready to make fires with.
