very nice place , paved, leveled and clean. The pit toilets are ok, but only 2 on 4 opened.
Very calm even if very near the road. Big rigs would not have enough place to turn around....

Good place. Gas Station not so far away. One of the picnic tables is roofed.

Rest area off 71 in Nestor Falls. Actually a very nice rest area with picnic tables, toilets, a play area for the kids and view of the falls. We stayed here one night in late August. A Monday. A little traffic of folks coming and going. Another couple parked behind us in a 23 ft Class C. We’re in a 30 ft class A towing a Jeep. It’s tight. We parked on the north side so we didn’t encroach on the parking spaces. No signage preventing overnights. No body came by to tell us otherwise. Quiet evening.

Actually Nestor Falls. It's just a small parking lot - we "nosed-in" on the far side of the second toilet block, which gave nice passenger-side views over the water. It's sufficiently protected from road noise.
The mapping app on our rented 2019 Transit shows the picnic area apparently down a private driveway from the far corner of the parking lot - that's wrong.
No "no overnight" signs.

This is a rest area suitable for RV overnighting. There are clean pit toilets, picnic shelter and several picnic tables strategically placed next to the lake.

There is room for kids to play or to except use pets.

The lake is easily accessible.

Very pretty spot.
