Easy access rest area not far from Lowell, MA. Didn’t see any over night restrictions. Some highway noise, but not the worst. Picnic tables and restrooms available.

Standard rest area with truck and car parking. As usual is very close the the highway so there is plenty of traffic noise. Bathrooms are closed from 8pm-6am. So if you’re staying overnight, be aware you may not have bathroom usage.
