Beautiful remote location on BLM land. The road in may be squishy in wet months, many potholes and rough, but easy driving in dry seasons, best traveled by an AWD or easy for 4wd.
Mid-day and weekends expect horses and horse people.
The hike to the actual falls is about 3 miles

As stated by others, it’s a nice parking lot with picnic tables, vault toilets, one covered spot, generally as a pasture feel. FYI, “Beware of Rattlesnakes” sign posted at falls trailhead.
Report Check-InStayed overnight in our Silverado with topper. Slow gravel drive in with many potholes. No signage until the BLM entrance. Beautiful and quiet. 5 picnic tables with fire pits, next to each other in a row. One neighbor last night. One vault toilet. 3/5 stars for camping, mainly just an open parking area. Would stay if needed somewhere quiet to sleep again.
Report Check-InFine picnic tables. Portajohn is open but bathroom is still locked.
Coveted location for tent if needed.
