One camping app shows this as a state forest campground, but there is no registration station, so free. Very primitive... no facilities. Rings of rocks where people have built campfires in the past. Nice views of the lake. I understand there is fishing in the lake. The road is full of potholes the last 1-2 miles in. Good for tents, truck campers and camper vans. I wouldn't bring a bigger rig than that, though.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
I didn’t see any vault toilets. Just some spots with fire rings near a lake - good but not much in the way of amenities.
Report Check-InAway from the crowds. Nice spacious sites. Vault toilets. Many lake front sites. Clean
Report Check-InAs described. 2 other sites occupied when I was there. Quiet location
Report Check-InSandy road down to a body of water, there are 4 other vans and 1 rv here. 1 bar of Verizon 4G, very quiet, very pleasant
