MODERATOR NOTE: No overnight parking allowed
Couldn’t believe my eyes: No ‘no’ in front of ‘overnight parking’ on the posted signs. Not anything pretty, just a wide shoulder you can park on that overlooks Horseshoe Bay. Okay, that part's kinda pretty.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
We stayed here overnight before catching our ferry early in the morning. Couldn’t see any signs, lots of parked cars, no one disturbed. Was perfect for a stop over!
Report Check-InThe “no” on the overnight parking has been painted over. We did realize only in the morning so we slept here without knowing but no one bothered us. A lot of other campers and cars were parked here as well.
You can hear the road a lot and there is a lot of cars passing by.
