This street does not have any parking meters. It appears this street is set aside so people with boats in the marina have a hassle free place to park.
It consists of approximately 20 parking spots. Some of them would fill up early in the morning as downtown workers came to work.
I stayed here for two nights, Prius camping. Parked the car all day and went exploring in the city all day. Didn't have to worry about parking meters, or time limits.
Great place to explore the city by bicycle.
Camping rule: Always be respectful, and leave the place cleaner than you found it.

A bit noisy but conveniently located and the the view is great. Flat level spots can accommodate up to a 159 Promaster. Surprised that this type of parking is free 24 hours of the day. We stayed two nights.

Report Check-InFelt super safe here. Area is really clean and there is restrooms at the park, the park hours are 0600-2200. Came around 2030 on a Saturday evening and was able to find a spot. It is a bit noisy but probably one of the best places I’ve stayed while in the city.
