We stayed here for 6 nights; the campground and amenities are as described by others. Due to rain, the sites were very muddy in the first couple of days. The Wifi is only available near the office and is only good for email. No cell reception whatsoever and very difficult reception for Starlink.
Report Check-InBeautiful campground by the creek with an abundance of song birds and magnificent cottonwood trees. Would definitely pay the price to stay here again since dispersed camping is no longer permitted throughout the Sedona region. Welcoming staff and friendly guests made it all that more enjoyable. Encountered some neighborhood critters at the campsite… a skunk, a scorpion, and a fox!

Okay not amazed by my stay for the price
Report Check-In$55 is very steep for this place in my opinion but we needed a dry spot during the rain. Hot showers. Level spots for the most part and free firewood. We did laundry, charged up and refilled water.
Report Check-InA large professionally run campsite next to the stream. The place is very kid and dog friendly - there’s a hot tub and pool full of them (kids, not dogs).
It’s a 20 min drive from town and there are plenty of trails nearby. It’s also really quiet - no road noise.
It’s not cheap at $55 a night. However, that includes hookups and even a dvd library with a few hundred dvds. There is also a shop and firewood for sale.
We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it a lot.
