A gravel parking lot that looks to be for the East Coast Trail trailhead. The MUN Science Centre is right beside it. Nice & sheltered from the wind. We only spent one night but it was quiet & uninterrupted throughout the night. Also was January so we can’t speak to summer traffic.

We were there on a rainy and windy day, perfect spot, nobody bothered us.
Hikers showed up early but no noise and friendly
Report Check-InGravel parking lot, very quiet, nobody bothered us. great views and hiking trail start right at the parking lot.
Report Check-InGood place to sleep, we were sleeping in our van and was checked on in the middle of the night by what looked like a police cruiser. Came up to our window with a flash light and said he just wanted to make sure we were ok. Probably making sure we weren’t people lost out on the trail overnight
Report Check-Inarrived here around 7:40pm last night. There's quite a bit of traffic coming and going to MUN. Had a few vehicles come to the parking lot, most were teens trying to find a quiet spot.
The parking lot had quite a bit of garbage. But we're the type of people that likes to keep it cleaner then found.
After about Midnight the area was quiet and had no issues here. Stayed here for 2 nights.
