Latest Check-Ins

Was looking forward to checking out this place but there was construction being done and a sign that read “Road Closed”.

Report Check-In

HUGE area! I almost missed it- it's up from the road a bit behind a grassy patch. going east from Jedediah Smith, the entrance is at the far end. I parked right in front of the "waterfall". It was very small, but nice to fall asleep too! I was the only one there for most of the night, but woke up to one other vehicle there in the morning

Report Check-In

One other large RV when we pulled in with our van. Parked to the back and the cascading creek mostly drowned out the RV’s generator and highway noise. Beautiful next the the creek with lots of wild iris.

Report Check-In

Huge gravel lot on the right side of the highway (going north). Lots of dirt hole at the beginning but pretty leveled in the back. If you park close enough to the waterfall, you don’t really hear the highway. Great spot. No cell service though. And if you need a bathroom, drive 2mins north to Sandy Beach state park (small parking on the side of the road), there’s stairs to a clean bathroom!

Report Check-In

Huge gravel site that is pretty level. Plenty of room for several bigger rigs, but so far no one else is here. Waterfall was barely a trickle, but that is to be expected this time of year. You can hear the highway but it isn’t bad. Not a bad place to spend a night.

Tiny summer waterfall! Pulled in just before the sun went down. Ginormous pull out, nice and level. Approximately 2,000 elephants could fit here. There were 2 mid-sized RVs and yet the lot was so big we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Slept great in our van. Our fan covered the road noise which wasn't too bad anyway. Beautiful area to wake up to. A few other pullouts near here and a couple of campgrounds also.

Report Check-In

Very Large flat lot that is very secluded and quiet. Traffic dies down in the evening. The waterfall is hard to see, but sounds really nice! VERY spotty (Verizon service)

Report Check-In

Just like described with huge parking area but waterfall is not real big but still cool to listen to sound

Report Check-In

Awesome big parking area. Space for a ton of people, but we had the place to ourselves. Easy access in and out, any car could make it. Up above the road but still in view of the road and has road noise, but quiet overnight.

Gorgeous waterfall made this a picturesque spot.
