The place is relatively clean with little shadow, the lower part may be at risk if the water rises quickly.
Still a nice place, but I didn't stay, being driven off by bees. I was told later that this was very unusual, but for a week or so there had been an invasion of bees in the area.
WiFi is available at the Posada El Membrillo, a bit higher up the road.
