Dirt hard packed road off HWY 78. Just a 1/4 mile or so off the main road. WiFi open spot that would accommodate any large vehicles. Quiet. No one else around. Further down the road there were no other accessible pull off without risking a sand/stuck vehicle. Good cell phone service with Sprint.

an odd place, but we got lucky in a weekend there was nobody around. the road I think scares people away, we hauled our 21 ft trailer down it, nervous the whole time if we were able to turn around. kinda bad washboard road with high rock walls, but if you keep you there's a few turn outs with hard packed rock. we stayed for 3 nights only a few cars drove by on the main road. it splits to a atv road and that's where the big flat spots are. great views all around.
Report Check-InGrated dirt road that is pretty washboarded. We ended up a little ways down the road and found a turn off with a big open flat spot that wasn’t soft sand.
Report Check-InAdded some pics. Lovely spot. Flat and easy access and far enough off the road for some quiet.
