Established RV Park since 1980s.
VERY FRIENDLY staff! Directly across hwy from Mesa Verde Natl Park. Sparking clean shower house and laundry facility. Cabins to rent. Swimming pool. Playground. Propane. Small camp store. Sites are very close together but the bath, shower and laundry were best we've ever seen! Spotless!!

Must have rv or tent, they do not accept “residential” vehicles that have been converted to campers. As per the guy I talked to on the phone while trying to make a reservation.

Great place. About $40 per night W/E with AAA, etc. Clean bathrooms,
great showers, nice staff. Trees and bushes on many spots. No road noise. Highly recommend.

place is beautiful family friendly little campground with special area with more coverage for non RV. Allows dogs, and has a lot of activities for kids. Has mini golf, dog agility course, pool, hot tub, clean showers, Restrooms, laundry AND WIFI all over the park.

Very nice cg. #160 is quiet at night. Good and clean restrooms and laundry. Very nice and good rec. hall, with microwave, toaster, videos.... We stayed 2 nights. Close to Mesa Verde entrance.

I was able to get a day pass for the shower here for $7.50. Allowed to take as long as needed. Very nice establishment. The showers are right next to the office store.

A very good site with all facilities and warm bathrooms, a great treat when travelling in early spring. Approx 30 dollars for 2 depending on what sort of hook up required. Site just across the road from the entrance to Masa Verde National Park.
