Little pull over off the highway close to Nevada border. Big rigs ok too.

Accurate GPS Coordinates. Approximately, 12 minutes from Smith's Gas Station, which is a great place to top up with potable water.

Level and secure location.

Edit: ranger drove past but didn’t say anything, as expected. Also there is a small ring of rocks for building a fire.

Potash is a mineral used as a fertilizer. It exists as ore deep in the earth. One mining technique is to pump water into the ore to dissolve it and pump it to the surface. Once at the surface the dissolved ore flows to a processing facility to be re-evaporated into crystals.

Tl;dr pretty light blue-green canal pullout near interstate.

Feels isolated even though the highway can be seen and heard.
