It is open, at least it was when we arrived at 9:00 AM. Comments about disgusting experience are true, but it is free.

Pretty disgusting dump site. It’s just a grate with no lid. The entire grate is covered in old toilet paper. Lots of flies around. We ended up not dumping here and just paying at a KIA. Good luck to anyone who does this.

It works perfectly fine. It had a lock but it was open.
Just the water wasn’t working.
It really is at the end of the road, not we’re Google Maps said.

Funciona super bien, tenía candado pero estaba abierto. Solo el agua no estaba funcionando.
Está al fondo de la calle, no donde dice Google Maps.

As described and very smelly. just a grate beside a wall at the water treatment plant, you have to turn down an unnamed road with a sign that says “no outlet” there’s plenty of room to turn around after you dump your tanks

Looks like it’s all gated and closed up. Drove around the block and did not see anything open.

pull up outside of the gate and align your black tank without hose and dump then rinse off with water hose provided.
