24 hour boat ramp. Super quiet and dark. Don’t park too close to dumpster or outhouse, or park and rec will ask you to move. Found this place taking motorcycle off hitch staying at Brownwood Paddack Square. Decided to move, 4 minutes away. Much better upgrade! Enjoy

Arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday and the gate was closed. Couldn’t get in.
Report Check-InExcellent facility. Lots of room for even large RVs. Nice out of the way shaded area immediately on right as you enter, otherwise room closer to shoreline but more vehicles moving around there. Clean restrooms, garbage bin, no other facilities. Decent T-Mobile service. no noise, even during day. No restrictions posted at all and no one came to check on us. Stayed 2 nights (close to The Villages). Would definitely stay here again
Report Check-In5 stars spot ! Levelled, quiet, dark, with only a little light at the toilet, beautiful view to the lake, ideal for a stop between Orlando and the nature coast.
Report Check-InWhat a gem! Parks & Rec in the morning stopped by mostly for a chat but asked in the future to park closer to the bathrooms. They said it’s fine to overnight here although the cops may stop by to “check to make sure I’m ok.” It’s a friendly town!
