Stayed in spot 21 one night and switched to 42 for electrical for the second night. Both are small sites without much privacy. BYO leveling for a camper van. One good thing is that there are vault toilets easily accessible from either site. Garbage is easy to walk to from 42. Hosts were nice.

I was here for 14 days, preferring it over Black Canyon down the road. The sites - for tents and vans - had plenty of space between them. The large and sturdy shelter was nice to have especially when it rained. I learned in my last few days there, that the Ranger Station provides water. Rumor has it that the Visitor Center has WiFi, but when I tried to use it, I was unsuccessful. Lots of trails in the area to explore.

Very nice place to spend the night, no water or electricity, no T mobile signal. Picnic table with cover, fire pit. Very nice camp host who led us here. Dry toilet nearby, but we didn’t check out. $10 self pay station at the entrance. Very quiet, we slept in our van and had a very nice sleep.

Just before this spot there is Canyon campground which looked way better. We couldn’t camp there since it was closed at that moment. At this spot all 10 spots where taken so couldn’t camp here. It’s next to the road so not a great spot anyway.

Report Check-In

Good place. Self pay station.
