Very nice Texas State camp grounds, lots of trees, depending on your site you could be on the lake. All hookups, electric, water, (too late in the year for the pool) etc.
$20.00 per night. The park personnel are very friendly and helpful.
Definitely stay here over "Escapees RV park", the "lady's" there said my trailer didn't meet their standards! Lucky me I found this state park and saved money.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Loved it, peaceful park with hardly anyone here. Water & electric at site $21 with senior pass. Cell service not good, had to fire up the booster.
Report Check-InGreat state park on the lake. Self check-in and self pay after hours. Plenty of open spaces with electric and water on a Saturday. $20 for overnight stay. Will definitely use again.
Report Check-InSpent two nights here during the week in February while working near Houston. Quiet, hot showers, paid $20/night for tent sight.

Currently raining, should clear up tomorrow?
