Report Check-InCould not find this location :( GPS coordinates took us to the highway shoulder. There was a gravel street we took just off hwy 40 unfortunately it ended up being private property...
Report Check-InWe were here during high smoke but the view from the top of this ridge is still quite remarkable. Turn right off the highway if you’re coming northbound, then immediately right again.
There are a few good spots along the road, looking out onto the view and one big one at the end near a gate where you can park easily (ford transit camper, no prob) and a steep path you can walk down to a fairly large campsite with a fire ring if you want. You can walk a bit more to see the view from here too. Please pick up after yourself and try to leave the place better than you found it! We saw some litter around the campsite.
Solid spot. If the Jasper campgrounds are full and you are looking for a place to stay, this is the spot!
