GPS routed us to the other side of the river as well. Honestly, this side is way better. Regardless, this posting is still cool. Looks like it has a great flat spot to post up, but can't say myself. Adding a photo from the other side of the river for a different perspective. Other side is probably better cause it has a legitimate sand beach, unlike this original post which has a Rocky beach.

Ended up on the wrong side of the river but that was maybe a blessing in disguise.

If you don’t plan to walk down to the little beach, park on the other side for more privacy. The other side is packed while I’m all alone! :)

the Warm Springs trailhead is like 200yds east of where this pin will take you with google maps. both sides of the river are truly wonderful! LNT please

Would’ve loved to stay but no service meaning I can’t work. Bummer

This spot was indeed amazing! we ended up not staying here though because our rig (40 foot skoolie) could not make the turn to get down into the site. If you're coming from the east it's a pretty tight turn and there isn't room to turn around. Also no cell service here and no open sky for satellite, so we had to move on.

Like a previous review said, I followed Google maps and ended up on the opposite side of the swimming hole. It worked out though since that was taken already at about 2 pm anyway. I was the only person on my side. Quiet and peaceful spot, but there was human poop and toilet paper about.

Beautiful riverside camping. 2-3 spots. Must enter from east end of road with sign to warm springs trailhead. Great beach with whirlpool

Report Check-In

Perfect spot especially after visiting Bonneville Hot Springs down the road. No cell service. Great views tucked away with some trees so little to no sound from the highway.

OP wasn’t lying! This spot is amazing. i followed my maps app instead of OP and ended up on the opposite site of the river from the swimming hole, but i had it all to myself! Cannot recommend this site enough—plenty of shade, gorgeous river sounds. If you’re tent camping, there are some stunning, secluded spots.
